Nintendo Dominating Japanese Charts

[Media: Article]

Nintendo released the Game Boy Micro last week in Japan and during that time it has sold 170,306 units. A lot of people questioned Nintendo's judgement on releasing a smaller version of the Gameboy but it seems to have paid off. But Nintendo isn't only doing well with the Micro, it's dominating the entire top 10 charts.

Out of all the games being sold Nintendo is selling 8 of them, while Sony has one game for the PS2 and one for the PSP. Couple that with a 73.02% console market share, they seem to be kicking some ass and... What was it again? Taking names?

Nicely done Nintendo.
